Service Care Solutions is seeking an experienced Plumber to work at HMP Stocken in Leicester for an initial 3-month contract.

The Plumber will be responsible for conducting routine and non-routine maintenance, identifying life-expired equipment, fault finding, repairing, and making good faults and life-expired equipment, and ensuring completion of the Planned Preventative Maintenance Programme.

Location: HMP Stocken

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring completion of the Planned Preventative Maintenance Programme in line with specifications and Work Packages


• Conducting routine and non-routine maintenance


• Identifying life-expired equipment


• Performing fault finding


• Repairing and making good faults and life-expired equipment


• Inspecting water sampling and risk assessment


• Maintaining the main water supply


• Ensuring all works are carried out to the highest safety standards and to agreed method statements


• Minimising wastage and continually improving processes


• Ensuring statutory works are carried out to time and that work is compliant

Experience/Qualifications Required:

• Maximo maintenance system experience/similar package


• Experience operating light plant machinery


• Full Driving License


• Gas Safe Registration


• Appropriate Trade Qualification


• Legionella Control (L8)
