Service Care Solutions have a new and exciting opportunity working within the Lincolnshire County Council as a Qualified Level 2 Children's Social Worker!

The role you will be responsible for providing practical and social work support for children, young people and families.

This role involves holding a more complex caseload which will include undertaking assessments, visiting children and their families, carrying out interventions, reviewing the work undertaken, direct work with children, young people and families and any other work identified as necessary and ensuring this is worked to a very high standard and all needs are met.

You will be expected to work directly with children, young people and families, involving all key family members and prioritising children and young people's safety as well as carry out in depth and ongoing family assessment of social need and risk to children, with particular focus on parental capacity and capacity to change.

The position is currently paying £30.47ph and this is a full time position.
