Service Care Legal are currently recruiting on behalf of a bustling Local Authority, based in Greater Manchester, which is in of a Principle Lawyer to join their Commercial Property legal team.

ROLE: Principle Lawyer, Commercial Property

LOCATION: Greater Manchester, hybrid

RATE: £45-£55ph

CONTRACT LENGTH: 5 months ongoing

The Role:

• Promote the provision of a comprehensive legal service to the Council and its external clients working within Commercial Property law


• Handle your own complex Commercial Property law caseload from start to completion


• Assist more junior members of the team as and when required

The Person:

• Someone with 5+ years of PQE within Commercial Property law


• Someone who has worked for a Local Authority, in a qualified role, within a Commercial Property team


• Ideally someone with Senior Solicitor experience, but the manager will consider a candidate looking to step up into the role
