Deputy Care Home Manager

A fantastic job opportunity has arisen for a committed Deputy Care Home Manager to work in an exceptional service based in the Rothwell Haigh, Leeds area.

You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers



This service provides specialist support for men with autism, learning disabilities, behaviours that challenge and associated complex needs.

There are highly qualified staff that provide 24 hour support for the people who live here, based on their detailed person centred plans and in-depth assessments

As a Deputy Manager your key responsibilities include:



  • Working alongside the Service Manager you will be required to line manage a team of staff and have knowledge

  • Understanding and experience of relevant legislation ensuring they comply with the requirements of CQC and other statutory regulators

  • Take pride in providing the highest standards of care to all residents and manage the Service to the highest standards

  • Ensuring the people who use our services can be supported to live as independently as possible and achieve their goals



The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:



  • Be a confident individual

  • Capable of making decisions in line with company policy and Procedure whilst having the service users best interest at the heart of the decision making

  • Experience in a similar role

  • Passion and drive support the site in becoming an outstanding service



The successful Deputy Manager you will receive an excellent annual salary up to £14.50 per hour and the annual salary is up to £30,160 per annum.

This exciting position is a Full Time role working for 40 hours a week.
