A well-established local independent pharmacy has a fantastic new opportunity for a GPhC-registered Pharmacist to take on the role of Pharmacist Manager and lead the team in delivering outstanding community healthcare services.

Purpose-built close to a busy GP surgery, the pharmacy sees people from all across the community with a diverse mix of healthcare needs, and so is committed to providing a wide array of integral pharmacy services – such as new medicine and medication review services, needle/syringe exchanges, flu vaccinations, smoking cessation clinics, and private consultations.

As the Pharmacist Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the pharmacy with the full assistance of the Superintendent and a close-knit team of support staff behind you.

You will be able to focus on the hands-on elements of your role rather than just the paperwork – delivering expert care and counsel to your patients, building strong relationships with local health and care services, and promoting the continued development of your team, the pharmacy, and yourself (with further opportunities for career and skill progression available, such as IP training, for clinically-minded and business-driven individuals).

This is a permanent, full-time role for a Pharmacist Manager (4.5 days per week).

Person specification:

You must be a GPhC-registered Pharmacist.

Both experienced and newly qualified Pharmacists are welcome to apply.
