Service Care Legal are currently working alongside a forward thinking and employee focused law firm, based in Cardiff, which is in need of a Legal Assistant to join their Education team.

This role is open to people with all levels of experience, so if you are looking to begin your legal career or expand upon your existing knowledge, then this may be the perfect opportunity for you!

ROLE: Legal Assistant, Education team

LOCATION: Cardiff

SALARY: £18,000 to £21,000

The Role

• Handle any administrative tasks required by the Education team and support a team of Education Solicitors


• Have a hands on involvement with new and existing clients of the Education team


• Assist clients with school appeals for Children with SEND needs

The Person

• A hard working individual who is a team player and has a professional and confident demeanor


• Prior experience within a legal team would be advantageous but this is not essential


• Someone with a keen interest in Education law


• Someone who can work well under pressure; handle challenging situations and work to strict deadlines on a regular basis
