A fantastic opportunity is now available for an experienced Carpenter working housing association in the S71 area.

This role will involve working in domestic properties including void and tenanted.

Working alongside the maintenance team you will be responsible for general maintenance of existing housing stock.



Tasks will involve fault finding:

• Installing Kitchens


• Bathrooms


• General Joinery

This is a great opportunity to secure sociable hours working Monday to Friday (8am-4PM).

This is an ongoing contract with an immediate start available.

There is an amazing opportunity for upskilling and learn new skills.

You will need;

• A Full UK Driving Licence


• NQV Level 2 in a Joinery and Carpentry (CSCS and or CPCS)


• Previous experience in repairs and maintenance
