We are currently recruiting for a Fire Resistant Test Builder to join a research and development team in Coventry.

This will involve the design and testing of fire stopping tests for walls and floors.



The company specialises in the production of high performance building materials and supplies to the European Construction market.



Your position will be working directly with the Fire Stopping Technology Manager to design, build and test wall and floor set ups.

This includes;

• Internal and External Wall and Floor Builds


• Working to UK and EU Standards


• Supporting the Design of Fire Tests


• Laboratory Testing and Application


• Working with Partners Including R&D, European Marketing & Certification Sites

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure sociable, full time hours Monday to Friday.

You will be working a standard 37 hour week with an immediate start available.

You will need;

• NVQ or City and Guilds (Carpentry, Passive Fire Protection, etc)


• Full UK Driving Licence


• Experience in Joinery, Passive Fire Protection or Fire Stopping
