Multi-Trade Maintenance Officer

Location: Birmingham
Pay Rate: £16.00LTD per hour + £0.40per mile
Type: Ongoing Contract

A fantastic opportunity is now available for an experienced multi-trade/Maintenance Officer to work on semi empty properties as part of their Repairs and Maintenance team.

This role will involve working in domestic properties including void and tenanted.

Working Only In The Stoke Area

The role will include:

• re-handling doors


• Basic painting


• Basic Joinery


• Basic Plumbing


• Installing of fire doors

This is a great opportunity to secure sociable hours working Monday to Friday.

This is an ongoing contract with an immediate start available.

You will need;

• A Full UK Driving Licence


• Own Tools


• Previous experience in a similar role


• Own Transport
