Ward Sister/Charge Nurse

A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Ward Sister/Charge Nurse to work in an amazing hospital based in the Caterham, Surrey area.

*To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC Pin

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• An ability to deliver high standards of patient care


• Mentorship qualification desirable


• Previous Clinical Supervisory and Mentorship experience


• Enthusiastic and empathetic character promoting positive attitude at work


• Experience with EPR (Electronic Patient Records) system


• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business


• Deliver a good working knowledge & compliance with CQC Standards /KLOEs and NICE guidance


• Be part of the On-Call rota providing support for ward out of hours

The successful Ward Sister will receive an excellent salary of £34,000 - £40,000 per annum.

This exciting position is a Full Time role working 37.5 hours a week.
