We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Property Lawyer.

The role will be based within a Local Authority in Cheshire.

Working will be done remotely, with occasionally attending office, they are looking for an independent individual to start and get stuck in straight away.

ROLE: Commercial Property Lawyer
LOCATION: Cheshire
CONTRACT:3 months
RATE: £40-£45ph (umbrella)
WORKING PATTERN: Part time- Mainly Remote 3 days (only office attendance on occasions to sign documents)

The Role-

• Confidently carry out commercial property work such as disposals, acquisitions and general landlord and tenant legal work.


• Deal with complex matters, provide complex advice at an advanced level and undertake a substantial caseload of complex matters with minimal supervision.


• Undertake negotiations to protect and further the objectives of the Council.

The Person-.

• Qualified Lawyer or Solicitor 3years PQE.


• Commercial Property Experience


• kept up to date with the relevant regulations, policy and legislation relating to the area of law and also council.


• Can carry own workload from start to completion.
