Staff Nurse

As a Nurse your key duties include:



  • Responsibility for ensuring the highest standards of person- centred care are always delivered

  • Ensuring that the electronic care system has comprehensive, individualised care plans in place which are regularly reviewed and evaluated in accordance with NMC and company policy and in line with current regulatory framework

  • Administering medication, surgical dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding and the management of chronic medical conditions

  • Assist and deal with pre-planned treatments of patients and emergency situations

  • Observing and carrying out appropriate handovers to ensure the detail and accuracy of resident information being provided



The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:



  • Clinical experience in a surgical environment

  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business

  • A passion for delivering an excellent patient-focus service

  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent time management

  • Sound written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required

  • Demonstrated computer skills

  • Commitment to your own professional development



The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £28,500 - £34,000 per annum DOE.

This exciting position is a Full Time role working 37.5 hours a week.
