A client within the Public Sector based in London is currently recruiting for a voids manager to join their team as soon as possible.

The client is offering a full time, temporary position on an ongoing basis with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority.

The Role

Key purpose of the role is to liaise with external contractors to complete a project to turnaround some long-term voids.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to ensuring their team are delivering a first-class service to their customers and go that extra mile for customers.

The Candidate

To be considered for this role you must have experience of managing a Voids team, from a trades/DLO standpoint and must be able to commute to the address.

The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £34 per hour Umbrella LTD Inside IR35.
