ROLE: Housing Litigation Lawyer
LOCATION: South London
RATE: £40.00 to £45.00 per hour
CONTRACT: 3 months ongoing

The Role

, As a Housing Litigation Lawyer, you will manage a full caseload of Housing Law matters through to completion on behalf of the council
, Cases will include possession claims (secure and temporary accommodation), injunctions for ASB and access and disrepair claims
, To attend Civil and Criminal Courts when required to do so
, To assist other council members with up to date legislation

The Person

, A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with at least 2 years' PQE
, At least 3 years' worth of Housing Litigation experience is essential
, It is essential that the candidate has previously worked in a similar capacity at local authority
