Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a NHS Band 3 Administrator on a 6 month ongoing temporary agency contact.

This role will be an agile working position (mainly remote working), however infrequent travel will be required at Trust HQ.

Hours
37.5 hours per week (Mon - Fri)
30 hours could be considered for the right candidate

Rate
PAYE Rate - £11.47
Limited Rate - £14.03 paid weekly via an umbrella company.

Main Duties
To undergo administrative service to various teams/ departments.

This will include being the first point of contact for team/ department, which could involve duties such as:

• Providing an efficient admin service


• Co-ordinating information and organising meetings


• Responding to and redirecting inquiries


• Assisting to organise conference/workshops


• Meeting admin support - sending out agendas and papers and taking minutes at virtual meetings


• Typing and editing reports in word and PowerPoint
