Registered Manager

Registered Manager needed with Portsmouth City Council

Start Date- ASAP

Location - Portsmouth

Duration - Initially 6 months

Hours per week - 37 hours per week

Salary - £450ltd per hour


  • You will manage an experienced staff team of 18 (including an administrator) working closely with Education, Health and other agencies.

  • Ensure the children are receiving safe, nurturing, and holistic care to meet their needs, in line with the Care Standards and Children's Home Regulations accordingly.

  • Work closely with the child's social work team to ensure effective planning for each individual child.

    Quality assure, audit and oversee all work with the home to have management oversight and identify and address any concerns or gaps for development within the home, in line with care standards and children's home regulations.

What is required?

  • A Diploma in Social Work

  • Must be a registered manager
