Carpenter

A fantastic opportunity is now available for an experienced Carpenter working Caerphilly homes as part of their Repairs and Maintenance team.

This role will involve working in domestic properties including void and tenanted.

Working alongside the maintenance team you will be responsible for general maintenance of existing housing stock.



Tasks will involve fault finding:

• installations and repairs


• daily completion of timesheets


• Fitting kitchens, doors and skirting boards


• marking off jobs completed for the day


• outlining jobs deemed necessary to have work carried out


• invoicing

This is a great opportunity to secure sociable hours working Monday to Friday.

This is an ongoing contract with an immediate start available.

There is an amazing opportunity for upskilling and learn new skills.



You will be provided with;

• Mobile Phone


• Tablet/PDA


• Various Plant and Tools

You will need;

• A Full UK Driving Licence


• NQV Level 2 in a Joinery and Carpentry (CSCS and or CPCS)


• Tech Knowhow


• Previous experience in repairs and maintenance


• Own Transport
