We are currently recruiting for an Adult Social Care- Lawyer.

They will be based within a Local Authority in Greater Manchester area, they are looking for full time but also open to part time if the individual has relevant experience in this area.

Flexibility around Hybrid and Remote working also available.

ROLE: Adult Social Care Lawyer
LOCATION: Greater Manchester
CONTRACT:3 months
RATE: £45- £55ph (umbrella)

The Role-

• Able to handle a case load from start to completion.


• Matters will include welfare and finance applications, s.21A challenge, ordinary residence disputes, mental health, High Court inherent jurisdiction, s117 disputes


• To provide legal and procedural advice to Members and Officers relating to Adult Social Care law matters

The Person-

• A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with a minimum of 3 years' PQE within Adult Social Care Law


• Someone who understands the structural framework of Local Authority Law


• Being Organised, Reliable and can manage own workload.
