Service Care Legal are recruiting a Personal Injury Lawyer with experience in Catastrophic Injury.

The Successful candidate will be based in a Legal 500 Firm in the Greater Manchester area.

ROLE: Lawyer- Catastrophic Injury
LOCATION: Manchester
RATE: £28,000- £45,000 (experience)
OFFICE: Office based until 6 month probation period- Hybrid

The Role-

• Provide legal support and work alongside the Senior Solicitors within the department.


• Often acting as the first point of contact for clients, their families and other third-party professionals.


• Attending at Court both in person and electronically.


• The drafting of legal documents such as Schedules of Loss, Disclosure Lists, Witness Statements, Instructions to Experts/Counsel, Cost Estimates etc.

The Person-

• Fully Qualified Solicitor/ Newly Qualified with experience in catastrophic injury.


• Confident communicator and a support to the rest of the team.


• Show Empathy to all clients, being able to communicate on many different levels.
