Service Care Legal are currently working alongside a Local Authority, based in the West Midlands, which is in need of a keen Paralegal to join their Debt Recovery team.

Role: Paralegal

Location: West Midlands.

Remote working on offer for experienced candidates

Contract Length: 3 months ongoing

Rate: £15-£20ph

The Role:

• Assist a team of Solicitors and other paralegals with Debt recovery cases.
  
  There will be a particular focus on Adult Social Care Debt Recovery


• Handle your own Debt Recovery caseloads concerning non-complex matters


• Perform any duties necessary in order to facilitate the successful running of the team

The Person:

• Someone with 12 months of experience as a Paralegal, ideally within a Debt Recovery Legal team


• Prior experience in Debt Recovery law is not required as training will be required but any experience would make a perspective candidate stand out


• Any Local Authority legal experience would be highly advantageous
