I have a post come up for a Painter and Decorator to join a facilities team based in Kensington and Chelsea.

You cannot be self employed or CIS on this role.

The role is full time working Monday to Friday covering the Kensington and Chelsea area.

You will be carrying out Painting and Decorating maintenance in the area.

Ideally you will also have some experience in Plastering.



Key Areas of accountability:

1.

Undertake all associated painting and decorating skills in properties within agreed timescales and to a high standard.

2.

Liaise with merchants to obtain the correct materials to complete tasks.

3.

Keep daily appointments as arranged to ensure works are carried out within target dates and report areas of concern to the Supervisor.



Requirements needed to apply.

A full driving licence required

Qualification NVQ equivalent
