A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional nursing home based in the Glasgow, Scotland area.

You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This nursing home cares for resident's young and older, living with learning disabilities, as well as providing residential care and dementia care for people aged 65 and over

*To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin

As a Nurse your key duties include:

• Leading, supervising and training the care team


• General Nursing duties-Wound care/general observation/blood sugar level testing/liaising with other healthcare professionals to give the best care.


• Being responsible for ordering, storing and administering medication


• Keeping precise, up to date records


• Maintaining the Client's dignity and respect at all times

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Excellent communication skills


• Ability to deliver care, without direct supervision


• Competent in Medication Management


• Ability to follow the Nursing process-Assessment/Diagnosis/Planning/Implementation/Evaluation


• Maintaining the Client's dignity and respect at all times

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary for £18.18 per hour and the annual salary is £45,377.28 per annum.
