Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for two Band 3 Clinical Administrators to work within the NHS on ongoing temporary agency contracts.

Both roles will be based within the Norwich area, which one being based at the Hellesdon Hospital and the other being based at the Julian Hospital.

Hours
37.5 hours per week (Mon - Fri) (9am to 5pm)

Rate
PAYE Rate - £10.28
Limited Rate - £12.50
This will be paid weekly via an umbrella company.

Main Duties
To undergo administrative work and provide secretarial support to various teams within the hospital.

This will include being the first point of contact for team/ department, which could involve duties such as:

• Meeting and greeting visitors


• Directing telephone calls


• Receiving initial enquiries


• Filing/ pulling PT notes


• Writing letters


• Minute taking
