An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced electrician to work with in a local reputable authority.
This role will be working as part of there repairs and maintenance team in housing, working in a variety of properties being domestic including void and tenanted.
As well as working alongside the maintenance team you be responsible for general maintenance of existing housing stock, these tasks will include, fault finding, installations and repairs.
This will be an ongoing contract with sociable working hours.

You will be provided with the following;

You will need;

• To hold a full UK Driving Licence


• 17th and18th Edition


• Previous experience in a similar role


• experienced electrician, with a background in completing electrical installation, testing, repairs and maintenance tasks.


• Have achieved relevant qualifications including an NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical Systems or equivalent (i.e.
  
  City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2) OR (City & Guilds 2330 Certificate in Electrotechnical Technology at Level 2 and Level 3)


• Achieved AM2 Inspection & Testing (i.e.
  
  City & Guilds 2391/2394/2395)


• As well as current accreditation on the requirements of BS 7671 (i.e.
  
  City & Guilds 2382: 18th Edition inc AMD2), and be fully conversant with the current IET Wiring Regulations.


• Desirable is an ECS Gold Card
