Rate- 40,000 per annum

The full-time (40 hrs p.

week) post holder will report to the Quality and Standards Director.


The core elements of the role are:
, Strategic development and maintenance across the organisation of national governance driven performance and quality measures, for example emerging from CQC
, Tactical ownership of the Governance Cycle, ensuring deliverables and targets are met to time, quality, and cost
, Problem solving to ensure that gaps in Governance and quality are resolved across the organisation in a timely manner to assure the safety of patients and the strategic positioning of the organisation are of the highest quality
, Gathering performance intelligence to problem solve and de-escalate emerging performance and KPI management issues before they become either a ‘risk' or an ‘issue' to the organisation.
, Management and training of QA team members
, Governance of the quality assurance of the processes around the 2 main organisational KPIs
, Preparation of, chairing of and attendance at, and full participation in monthly QA meetings
, Policy development, review and management across the organisation, ensuring policy Governance is maintained at the highest quality levels and reviews are undertaken in a timely manner and to quality.

This post holder will have tactical and full ownership of the delivery of the ADHD 360 statutory training policy manual ‘StatMan' across the organisation as a key element of the Governance Cycle.



The overriding Governance of our systems and processes lies within the Governance Policy and the framework for this is agreed and monitored by the CQC, our regulators.

Continuous Professional Development (CPD) is expected, and the post holder should expect to have responsibility for their learning whilst also engaging in CPD events provided by ADHD 360.
The location for work will predominantly be the Nettleham offices, North Lincoln.

Essential qualifications
, Proficient with MS Office, especially Outlook, Word, and to a limited degree Excel
, Graduated from, (or working towards) a relevant CQC related training programme
, Graduated (or working towards) a mutually selected Management Qualification
, An ability to work on their own initiative yet be a key part of a team
, Be a natural problem solver
, Positive outlook and an ability to work well under pressure
, Organisation skills and an ability to manage their own workload
, Competent and confident with computers
, Graduate of the ADHD 360 Academy.
