Band 6 - Registered Mental Health Nurse, Cambridge

Opportunity available for a Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse to work within a Memory Service Unit, Based In Wisbech.

The team sits within the Memory service Unit at Fenland Adult Locality Team, Agenoria House with the role predominately working within the integrated multi-professional team and being accountable for contributing to assessing, interpreting, planning, and implementing treatment (treatment planning) and care to patients within professional guidelines.

As part of this role you will be part of the duty system and deliver depot injections within the Fenland catchment area.

You will be keeping the patient at the centre of his or her care, ensuring patient and carer participation in decision making.

You will also be part of a full MDT, and to attend formulations to ensure delivery of care and be providing support and education to peers, new staff, non-registered staff and students.
Hybrid working is in place at FALT.

This role is to commence ASAP and will be full time working 37 Hours per week, Monday to Friday

The hourly rate for nights for this role is: £28.00 Per Hour

It is essential that candidates have a valid NMC Pin.
