Interim Service Manager

Service Care Solutions are recruiting a Service Manager to support day to day running of our Supported Housing Service in Chester.

Placement Details

Shifts: Monday to Sunday

Contract Length: 3 Months+

Hours: Full Time

Pay: £16.50ph+ (Ltd)

This is a front-line management role, with responsibility for the day-to-day management of service contracts, financial, staff management, support of People Using Services and building maintenance.

As well as ensuring the quality of service and support provided to residents, we'll rely on you to manage service contracts, organise caseloads and the health and safety of your team working out in the community and providing support for people in their own homes.

Person Specification

  • A relevant professional qualification (QCF/NVQ minimum level 3)

  • Management qualification or significant equivalent Service Management experience

  • Significant understanding of Mental Health Issues

  • Substantial experience of working with a housing and social care background

  • Substantial experience in managing a caseload of individuals with complex needs.

  • Experience in carrying out investigations and writing reports and recommendations.

  • Experience in managing budgets.

  • Excellent communication skills
