Role: Recruitment Consultant


Location: Scotland - Fully Remote Working



We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruitment consultant to join our well-established Social Work Division, based in Scotland.


We have an opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team to work remotely alongside our Social Work Division in Preston.

This is to ensure we can effectively service our growing candidate and client base.

This role will require strong experience in both candidate and customer lead roles, with previous Local Authority recruitment experience being desirable.

This role will involve lots of client-facing work in order to grow yours and Service Care's name in Scotland and due to this client meetings, both face-to-face and virtually will be heavily involved in your role.



Due to continued growth, this role will encompass all areas of Social Care, with a specific focus on building and strengthening our relationships with Local Authorities via strong customers service and excellent supply levels.

You will need to be a confident communicator both in-person and virtually to keep up with the demands of this market.

Working remotely, you will need to be self-motivated, and self-disciplined to ensure each day is structured and fully productive.


What does the role involve?


This is a 360-recruitment role, where you will become the master of your own market - taking charge of all elements of the recruitment and aftercare process



  • Identifying prospective new candidates using a range of techniques including online research, outbound calling, advertising, and job boards

  • Networking effectively to increase your market presence

  • Resourcing & placing candidates, and meeting client expectations with fantastic candidates

  • Building and maintaining outstanding client and candidate relationships

  • Excellent compliance and attention to detail

  • Manage and develop your own geographical market

  • Work towards realistic daily and monthly targets
