NHS Data Entry Assistant

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for 4 temporary Band 4 NHS Data Entry Assistant to work within the Oxford Health NHS Trusts on a 12 week temporary agency contact.

This role will be based within the Littlemore, Oxford area.

37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
8.30am - 4.30pm

£11.47 PAYE ( £14.03Ltd) paid weekly via an umbrella company.

Main Duties
To undergo administrative work and provide secretarial support to various teams/departments within the hospital.

This will include being the first point of contact for team/ department, which could involve duties such as:

  • Data entry - copying MS documents and paper patient records into the Adastra clinical system and updating a master MS Excel list.

Qualifications or IT skills required

  • GCSE's

  • MS Word knowledge

  • MS Excel knowledge

Essential skills

  • Good timekeeping

  • Good attention to detail

  • Able to follow a process

Desirable skills

  • Knowledge of Adastra clinical system

Any additional, relevant detail
Due to the sensitive nature of the work all temporary staff working on the work packages will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement.
