A Housing Association client based in Coventry is currently recruiting for a Voids Supervisor to join their team as soon as possible.

This is a full time, temporary position with the ideal candidate having experience within social housing overseeing work in void properties.

The purpose of the role is to supervise work for the void housing stock from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Inspection and determine repairs required (in line with current Void Standard)


• Deploy Trade engineers (in line with H+S procedures)


• Manage trade engineers


• Raise orders to contractors


• Arrange final clean and handover


• Compile reports to Manager

The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £25 per hour Umbrella LTD Inside IR35.
