Customer Service Officer needed with Gloucestershire County Council

Start Date- ASAP

Contract End date- Initially 3 months

Location - Gloucester

Hours per week - 37 hours per week

Salary - £12.47 ltd an hour

Description

• Multiple opportunities available


• To be the first point of contact service for GIS Healthcare


• Provide accurate updates, information and guidance on services


• Respond to customer request for information or a service


• Create and accurately maintain all electronic records ensuring compliance with GDPR for GIS and partner services and agencies


• Engage with difficult or upset customers, handling complaints in a professional and courteous manner


• You may be required to support other staff within GIS such as Administration

What is required?

• GCSE Level A-C in English and Maths


• Clerical or administration experience


• Good organisational and communication skills


• Diploma in customer services or appropriate qualification or Modern Apprenticeship in customer services or equivalent qualification at Level 3
