An exciting opportunity has become available for a CQC Registered Care Manager to fill a full time permanent position managing two residential services in Teddington and Twickenham.

Contract: Permanent
Shifts: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Hours: Full Time
Pay Rate: £39,000 per annum
Location: Teddington, Richmond, South West London



As a CQC registered manager, you will oversee two residential services in Richmond based in Twickenham with two clients and Teddington which has eight clients.

The service supports both mental health and learning disability conditions for older and middle aged adults.

Both services has recent good CQC ratings.


This service in particular is based not far from Hampton Wick station and if 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday is not ideal then the service can be flexible in altering working hours or days for the right candidate.

There is the expectation in rare occasions unsociable hours may have to be worked.


The client is a housing association taking its first ventures in to residential care therefore, we are ideally looking for a candidate who can hit the ground running within the services to elevate and maintain standards.


Role:



  • Staff supervision and appraisals

  • Staff rotas

  • Making sure all CQC policies and regulations are adhered to

  • Implementing training programs

  • Reporting to Area Management



Candidate Requirements:



  • Desired to be CQC registered

  • Essential to have a NVQ Level 5 in health and social care management or degree equivalent

  • Essential to have past experience in management a care service

  • Preferable to have experience in working with learning disabilities and autism

  • Preferable to have experience in providing end of life support.
