Housing Process Administrator

Job title - Housing Process Administrator
Location - Prescot, L34
Contract - Temporary Ongoing
Hours - Full time 37 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
Start Date: ASAP

Our client is looking for a Housing Process Administrator to support their front line Customer Service team within a busy housing contact centre.

The Processing Centre is responsible for both internal and external Contract Service Delivery and back office processing to support the customer facing teams in the execution of end to end processes including allocations and lettings, tenancy management and income collection.

This is not a first point of contact role but predominantly involves dealing with current, prospective and former customer queries which is mainly in the form of outgoing telephone calls and emails and based on referrals from the Contact Centre or other teams across the Group.

Key Duties:



  • Undertake a range of processing activities in accordance with documented policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with these and a consistent response to all customers.

  • Ensure systems are updated with accurate and up to date information so there is clear view of the status of customer requests.

  • Provide administrative support to Assets and Maintenance in order to support the execution of the contract between Maintenance and wider group.

  • Raise and Administrate Purchase Orders on behalf of Maintenance team in order to support their contractor management, working closely with the commercial administrator.

  • Work in partnership with other teams across the Customer Insight Directorate and broader Group to deliver the required level of service.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and escalate to the Team Leader.



Candidate Requirements:



  • Experience of delivering excellent customer service

  • Experience within an administration based role

  • A background in social housing would be desirable
