Adult Education Tutor needed with Worcestershire County Council

Start Date- ASAP

Location - Worcester

Duration - initially 7 months

Hours per week - 35 hours per week

Salary - £14.17 ltd an hour

Description:

• With a maths specialism has become available within English, Maths and ESOL Team


• This role is full time and involves teaching adults and 16-19s the maths they need to support their first steps into work, progress in their current job role, or take a new career direction


• You will demonstrate excellent teaching and learning practice in both online and face to face environments

What is required?

• Significant experience of successfully facilitating learning in the further education sector


• Significant experience of performing a full range of teaching skills to a high standard


• Qualified Adult Education Tutor status (DET, DTLLS Level 5, PGCE, CertEd or equivalent)(or equivalent experience)


• A level 2 qualification in English and Maths


• A Qualification in Essential Digital Skills
