Permanent, Full-Time (8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 2pm on Friday)
£19,500 to £21,000

Do you have experience as a Manufacturing or Production Operative, working to Lean Manufacturing processes and standards?

The Job:
 You’ll be responsible for ensuring all products manufactured either by hand or machine meet the specified quality standards as prescribed in the process documentation. 
You will also carry out good housekeeping practices and participate in Continuous Improvement activities when required.

• Ability to interpret and comply with process documentation and drawings
• Clearly written and verbal communication
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety standards
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, Risk Assessments, Problem Solving, Control Plans, Manufacturing Waste etc.
• Knowledge of ERP systems would be advantageous
• Proficiency of Microsoft Office (Work & Excel)

Knowledge and Key Skills:
