We are looking for someone with experience working as part of a team on corporate deals, and to have general experience in advising on company law matters.

Some experience of banking law would be a bonus, but is not essential.

You will be a team player who enjoys working in a fast paced environment with others to successfully deliver completed transactions for clients.

You must have experience of managing client matters to a successful conclusion, whilst meeting their objectives and financial expectations.

You should demonstrate a keen commercial acumen and understand the need to provide ‘added value’ to clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience and enthusiasm in active participation in marketing and business development activities and be self-motivated, with drive and determination to deliver as part of a growing team.
