Our client certainly works with those values and is looking for a Site Manager who will help develop a new build program in a specific geographical area, with upcoming projects across London and North Kent.

Whilst operating nationally offering full enabling, groundwork and civil engineering packages.

We are looking for someone that has experience in all forms of Groundworks, Civils Engineering and have worked in the Highway.

Role:

• Preparation and monitoring of Risk Assessments & Method Statements

• Carry out Site Safety Inspections and Compliance Monitoring

• Completion of Quality Management Plans, ITP’s and WIPs

• Supervise all labour as necessary

• Coordinate the activities of subcontractors

• Produce and monitor Construction Programmes

• Prepare RFI’s and document Change Control

• Call off materials requirements for Drainage and RC Works

• Knowledge of NEC and JCT Contracts

• To manage the costs associated with the works and any variations

• Preparation and handover of O&M information

• Logistics Management

• Liaison with Client team or their representatives

Essential Requirements:

• Highways and Civils Experience

• SMSTS

• Temporary Works Supervisor

• First Aid at Work

• CSCS Gold/ Black Card
