Applications from all-rounders will be particularly welcome.

You will be based in Margate and you will regularly represent clients in disputes involving:

• Property law including landlord and tenant
• Employment law
• Probate and will disputes
• Contracts
• Boundary disputes, and
• General commercial litigation

You will have a sound knowledge of litigation processes and the role will involve frequently issuing court proceedings and attending court.

We will expect you to assist with the investigation and litigation of complex cases and have experience of drafting court documents, witness statements and instructions to experts.
