Our client is one of the top legal firms in Kent; who value integrity and respect and pride themselves on their friendly and informal approach.  They are looking for a Senior Private Client Lawyer to take on a mixed case load.

The role

• You will manage your own varied caseload of Private Client Matters.
• To include Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, court of protection, Probate and the Administration of Estates and Trusts.
• Administration of both taxable and non -taxable Estates
• Tax Planning, IHT matters,
• Estate Planning , Trusts
• Elderly client matters
• Experience of dealing with high net-worth clients and /or Estates a bonus
• You will also have the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships

Requirement

• An ambitious Private Client Lawyer
• Ability to develop relationships with clients
• Ability to network and business development to maintain and develop work from both existing and potential clients

Applications are welcome from Solicitors and Chartered Legal Executives with at least five years’ post qualification experience.

We would prefer candidates to have specialist accreditations such as STEP or SFE.
