Senior Sales Executive

St Albans

Permanent, Mon-Fri, 8am to 6pm

Salary £35,000 – OTE to £45,000

My client, an established, resilient and forward-thinking UK based operator and freight forwarder, provides logistics solutions for UK and EU Manufacturers, Importers and Exporters.

Main Duties


  • New business sales, canvassing for manufacturers and other potential new businesses.
  • Contact by telephone and meet with prospective clients.
  • Account Management.
  • Gather information to help design and compile presentations/quotations for prospective clients.

Your Skill Set…


  • Sales experience, mainly office based


  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
  • Ability and focus on building long-term relationships with clients.


  • New business sales background.
  • The ability to make structured and effective cold calls.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • IT and computer literate.
  • Strong tenacity and work ethic.
  • Team player.
