Starting Salary £60,000 total package up to £90,000

Do you have the ability to maintain and develop strong relationships, displaying gravitas and giving clients a sense of security and assurance in your abilities?

My client, an established and dynamic UK based operator and freight forwarder, provides logistics solutions for UK and EU Manufacturers, Importers and Exporters.

Main Duties

-           Existing client development, maximising the business potential.

-           Identifying potential new business and market sectors.

-           New business sales canvassing for volume export or import traffics.

-           Preparing presentations and quotes for new business.

-           Visiting prospective clients in the UK and in Europe.          

-           Helping to manage a small but dynamic sales team.

Your Skill Set…

-           Sales experience at a senior level negotiating new business gains.

-           New business sales background.

-           The ability to make structured and effective cold calls through to closing.

-           Strong organisational and administrative skills.

-           IT and computer literate.

-           Strong tenacity and work ethic.

-           Team player.

-           Language (French or German) an advantage but not essential.
