Sterling Cross are looking for an experienced Pharmacist to join our client based in the area of Hartlepool.

We are looking to speak to hardworking, passionate Pharmacists that have experience working as part of a team within a Community Pharmacy space.

Our client is a well-renowned and highly regarded independent community pharmacy who are passionate to go above and beyond to provide excellent customer care.

You will be part of a well-organised team that currently do around 10,000 items per month and has fantastic upwards potential.

Our client has structured the branch in a way that offers maximum support to the Pharmacist, ensuring that they develop their services provided to the community.

Due to the fantastic support network of the company, management experience is not essential.

You will be joining a developing group that is shaping the future of community pharmacy, enhancing the careers of all their staff and above all providing excellent care and service to the local area.

We are looking for a Pharmacist who is an expert in developing long standing relationships with customers from a variety of backgrounds.

You will work proactively to develop and improve community services, and will also provide effective leadership and help the continued growth of the pharmacy.

Although management experience is not essential, you will need to be a strong and confident individual who knows how to work proactively within a team. You will be focused just as much on building relationships as you are the business.

This is an excellent role for someone that is looking to take a hands-on approach and develop their career.

If you love nothing more than getting to know customers, as well as being proactive in providing an array of services in a busy community pharmacy, you could be the person we are looking for.

The role is full-time and will be working Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00.

Person specification:

Candidates must be a GPhC-registered Pharmacist.
