Brief Job Description:

ICT and Digital Strategy departments play a critical role in supporting the organisation to deliver efficient, high-quality care.

With a view to clinical and operational priorities I work with staff across the Trust to develop and implement digital technology that can support improvements in the delivery of care at reduced total cost.

You have a central role in supporting the implementation and delivery of the Trust's digital strategy.

We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and driven individual who has extensive analytical experience, leadership skills and a breadth and depth of knowledge utilised on large transformation programmes, ideally in healthcare and service improvement

This role includes a wide range of clinical engagement and business change services to support our digital projects.

This role involves also providing ad-hoc project related work, leading where required.

You will document business process in association with clinicians and non-clinicians when implementing systems and facilitate change work for the organisation as required.

Experience
, Effective report writing including presentation of data
, Experience of leading and providing change management and service re-design advice to clinicians and senior managers
, Self-motivated - can work autonomously
