Service Care Solutions have a vacancy for a Caretaker with a Driving Licence working with a Housing Association based in Oldham.



The candidate will be responsible for the cleaning and clearing of empty properties (voids) including the outside of the property and loft spaces removing all furniture, white goods, carpets and general waste.

Main duties will include

• Assisting with the removal of household goods and personal effects following a customer's tenancy coming to an end.


• Maintaining a high standard off cleanliness with in the homes you are responsible for; making sure it meets health & safety requirements and is left in a suitable state for trade operatives to work in.


• Carrying out minor repair works including lock changes


• Maintain gardens and outsides of the properties e.g.
  
  strimming, cutting grass, hedge cutting, removing rubble, filling ponds & levelling of soil


• Removal of any items left within the properties and ensure they are disposed of correctly following health and safety guidance.


• Responsible for maintaining appropriate documentation and records for any weigh in waste, in accordance with Policies and Procedures.


• Maintenance of all equipment

Working hours for this vacancy will be 39 hours Monday to Friday.
