Service Care are currently working alongside a Local Authority based within the London area, who are looking for a Property Paralegal.

ROLE: Commercial Property Paralegal
LOCATION: London
SALARY: £20- £23ph
Contract: 3m on going (Hybrid)

The Role-

• To process a heavy caseload and handle complex legal matters within area of Commercial Property.


• Undertake complex legal and technical tasks in connection with residential conveyancing or where directed in relation to Commercial Property or Planning for the council and for external clients.


• Confident in conducting administrative support to the team - including Post, Sealing, scanning, photocopying, dating documents, drafting letters.

The Person-

• Substantial experience of working in a legal team.


• Significant experience of administrative work in a legal office environment dealing with correspondence, filing, preparing documents and using IT systems


• Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing.


• Confident, reliable and productive individual.
