A number of exciting opportunities have arisen for experienced pharmacists to join a ‘Good’ CQC-rated trust, based in the Essex area.

As a specialist community mental health pharmacist, you will deliver a high standard of pharmaceutical care and be a key member of the community-based multidisciplinary team providing expert knowledge on medicines related issues.

Person specification:

You must currently be registered with the GPhC as a Pharmacist.

You must hold a certificate/diploma in mental health pharmacy, or have equivalent experience.
