Service Strategy Manager

Service Care Solutions are looking for an Service Strategy Manager to work on a Hybrid basis for a Government entity in London.

Key areas of responsibility for the Service Strategy Manager include but are not limited to:
, Developing the ITSM strategy and ensuring alignment into the wider strategies and business objectives.
, Leading engagement with senior ITSM stakeholders across all departments and geographies to ensure effective strategic development.
, Understanding and incorporating end user needs and requirements into the development of strategies and initiatives.
, Performing quarterly and annual reviews of the ITSM strategy, applying insight derived from stakeholder engagement, management information and reporting and to inform future strategies.
, Acting as a single point of contact, responding to all requests for support from the Set Service Strategy team and for all questions and queries relating to the strategy.
, Leading demand management activities across the ITSM organisation.
, Championing of future ways of working, sustainability agendas and frameworks as appropriate.
, Understanding the total ITSM service offering and supporting capability teams to shape their future offerings based on customer needs.
, Communicating the ITSM strategy to all relevant stakeholders.
, Inputting into ITSM business cases, internal board submissions and ministerial briefings as appropriate.
Candidates who secure a role that is considered specialist/technical, may be required to affiliate to the relevant specialist network, if not already a member.

Candidates must have current SC Clearance.
