Service Care Solutions have a new and exciting opportunity which has come up in the Leicestershire area working within a customer service teaming helping to support vulnerable adults.

This role requires a empathetic and patient candidate to be the first point of contact to a wide range of individuals anywhere from members of the public to professionals and councillors.

You will be required to deal with an array of different situations from people with complex needs who are in crisis and needing your assistance to help them progress through their struggles.

You will be answering queries through inbound and outbound calls as well as through emails which all need to be dealt with professionally and in a timely manor all while ensuring care is being taken and all notes have been recorded in detail to ensure the service users get the best help possible.

Ideally, you will need to have worked within the care sector and have an understanding of how to handle complex needs as well as having some admin experience which involved data inputting and communication over the phones.

This is a full time position currently paying £11.75 per hour working Monday-Friday with no weekends included and the possibility for hybrid working once training has been completed.
