Recovery Theatre Nurse
A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Theatre Nurse Recovery to work in an exceptional private hospital based in the Banbury, Oxfordshire area.
You will be working for one of UK's leading health care provider
This is a purpose built private hospital and has been designed to combine an exceptional standard of patient accommodation with the technical equipment and facilities that modern medicine demands

*To be considered for this position you must hold a current active NMC Pin (Will accept ODP's with a HCPC Registration)

As a Nurse your key duties include:
- To ensure safety for patients and colleagues
- Help to control cross infection by observing departmental policy regarding dress, the maintenance of a clean working environment, decontamination and sterilisation procedures and asepsis
- To develop and maintain effective working relationships with Consultants and other health professionals and to ensure that prescribed treatment is carried out
- Provide initial emergency care as required
- Participate fully as a team member, including working in all areas of the theatre suite, sharing knowledge and information and supporting colleagues, to promote a cohesive team and the achievement of team objectives
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
- Previous experience within Theatre
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business
- A passion for delivering an excellent patient-focus service
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Demonstrated computer skills
The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary up to £36,000 per annum DOE.
This exciting position is a Full Time role working 37.5 hours a week.
