Recruitment Advisor needed with South Gloucestershire Council

Start Date- ASAP

Location - Yate

Duration - initially 3 months

Hours per week - 37 hours per week

Salary - £16.95 ltd an hour

Description:

• The role will focus on recruitment, e-recruitment, candidate attraction/sourcing and the design and delivery of selection/development/recruitment events to support recruitment and workforce planning decisions made across the Council, including the use of psychometric testing where appropriate


• You will participate in, provide support to and co-ordinate any people related organisation wide schemes which the Council may support

What is required?

• Solid experience of HR operational processes, procedures and the legislative framework gained in a complex organisation and understand the interface required between HR and payroll functions


• Educated to GCSE Level A-C in English and Maths
